Well-equipped gym, close metro access, spacious rooms with city views, and a variety of breakfast options.

The gym is surprisingly well-equipped, and the city views from the standard room were a highlight. The proximity to the metro station is convenient for getting around easily.
The experience was marred by some notable issues. The internet service was more of a headache than a help-let's just say it's not what you'd expect from a five-star place. I encountered a persistent problem with the jacuzzi. It was colder than a Hoth ice cave, despite a couple of attempts to enjoy it. Plus, the breakfast offerings lacked variety and freshness, with complaints about cold and underwhelming food. Noise insulation is practically non-existent, leaving you to hear your fellow guests in all their glory.

telephone did not work for first night, electric kettle of tea is needed in the room. Away from old city, no shuttle services between the hotel and european side of Istanbul.

Had a nice time at Byotell! The metro is super close, so getting around Istanbul’s a breeze. The gym's really well-equipped for a good workout. Just watch out for the rude staff at night. That was a bummer.

I was shocked at the lack of service. The room's safe was completely broken and the staff just shrugged it off. The jacuzzi was the coldest thing ever, utterly disappointing. I really thought a complimentary upgrade would be given after all these mishaps, but apparently they're saving money everywhere. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

Helpful staff and good value money.
Far a way from the many places that you would like to visit which will cost you alot by taxi. I suggest the hotel to arrange two or three trip per day to go to europe side for free of charge or basic fees.

great access to parks and attractions for city explorers
The hotel is just a few steps away from the metro, making it super easy to explore the city, and the nearby Caddebostan Coast offers fine views and a lovely walking area that I enjoyed every evening .

Clean hotel with large and quiet rooms. Confertable beds.
Management of the hotel decided the they don't serve any kind of alcool (from beer up to high spirit) that is frankly unacceptable for an international structure, so consider this when you choose it.

Good room for family of tree. Nice polite staff. Reasonable price compare to nearby hotels.

The hotel is located near the highway e5, which makes getting around easy. My standard room with city view was totally comfy and clean. Breakfast had a decent spread. The metro station was super close and made it easy to explore. Good vibes for solo travelers.
But the staff at night were rude, a big letdown.
